My device screen went blank all of a sudden and now won't come

My device screen went blank and remains non-responsive after more that 3 hours of charging.

What can I do?

If it's a software related issue then a restart may sort it out:

Note that this doesn't always work first time so give it a few tries. If this doesn't resolve it then it may be a hardware issue. In this case you can check whether you are still within warranty at www.fitbit.com/returns and, if you are, you can contact customer support via this link:
