How old is it? As they do not last for ever. But you can try these steps

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

I got a surge second-hand and wish I had done some research about the battery life. £50 down the drain 😞 

I have only wore it since about 10:30am and I've put it on charge already. Just sinc up and it says it has a full battery already after about 20 minutes.....wish I never bothered at all 😞
