Hi, @Mel-75, are the green lights flashing?  Is heartrate turned on (set to on or auto).  You can do this on the Surge itself, under settings.  Try toggling it off and then on and again.

 

A restart can sort out many problems.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
