I have been bought a new surge and have started the online start your device steps and fallen at the first hurdle. The dam thing will not turn on!!! The screen is just sitting there blinking away with "lets get started! I'd love to but it will not start!
I have read loads and loads of complaints regarding this and frankly will probably just end up sending it back.
I have wasted hours just trying to get it to switch on. Ridiculous !

You need to charge it for 2 hours and then set it up. You wont see anything until you do
