My steps are being recorded on dashboard but not in my activity historylog.

after i synched, the steps are registered in the dashboard but when i access the app/dashboard, i can't find the run (with GPS) in the activity history log. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated

If your seeing it on the web based dashboard, then everything has been recorded. It's the app not refreshing the data correctly.

My thoughts to try, check after each try

  • Make sure the app is up to date
  • Go to the Applications settings - Fitbit - Clear Cache
  • log out/in
  • Through apolications you can also clear data, I don't think it will be needed, your data is safe on the internet
