From one day to the next, the surge stopped linking to my iphone app.
I search via bluetooth, search but can not find the device.
Can you help me?

I'm having this same problem. I had my phone "forget" the Surge so I could relink it, but in discovery mode, my phone is not seeing the Surge. The bluetooth classic shows but not the Surge...what can I do about this?

One the first things that we need to check is the syncing requirements that our mobile device should have in order to connect. Secondly, please try the troubleshooting steps for syncing issues. Making sure that you're doing each one of them!
Make sure your mobile device and Fitbit App are up to date. And if for some reason it is not connecting back to your phone. Please give it a try with the computer. Which model of phone you're using?
