My surge is less than 2 years old and battery is now draining in a matter of hours

My surge is less than 2 years old and just started draining in a matter of hours. I typically track 1 activity a day from 15 min to 1 hr.  I charge it every night. I had to charge it 3 times yesterday and I just watched it drain to nothing.

Help.

Then Do a Restart

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
