My surge isn't recording steps some days

Yesterday's steps are still zero and Ik I had about 7000 or so. But it's loaded today's. What can I do to reset it or are yesterday's steps gone? It makes the competitions impossible when this happens.

I know how this feels, usually when that happens it's best to try to force quite the Fitbit App or you can log out and log back in. If this doesn't help force sync your Fitbit and check again yesterday's info. Make sure your phone and the Fitbit App is up to date. What's your phone's model? How often does it happens?
