When the tracker is under warranty, when desired it's possible to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.

Mine too... Called Cust. Support (or there lack of) - Said my product wasn't covered under Warranty. I got it as a birthday gift. Offered me 25% discount to buy an upgrade. The band broke, not my device.. USELESS,,, Maybe I should duct tape it to my wrist.. poor design.
