I am trying the premium trial and have 5 days left. Suddenly, since signing up, my calories target has gone up from 2100 to 2600 a day. Why is this? I haven't changed any of the settings or goals???

@Emmav73 Welcome.  Premium adjusts your Calorie Burn Goal by the Trainer (Activity) calories. The formula is BMR + Activity Calories (Trainer).

You can calculate your BMR with this link which is the same calculation that Fitbit uses and it is only 5 calories out for me.

I'm not sure if you can edit the Activity Calories in the first week, but try.

Let's know how you go...
