I really do like my Surge, I really do. Or, at least, I've tried my best to like it. I've gotten used to the idea that I have to clean the band each and every day with soap and water, and then with an alcohol wipe, so I don't develop a rash from the band.
Syncing to my Android phone has always been to subject to my Surge telling "I don't feel like it today".
Some days the GPS syncs in a few seconds, sometime it takes 10 minutes, when going down exactly the same path.
And now, about a week ago, new fun has been added. When I charge my watch, at some point it starts beeping and won't stop until I unplug it. The battery lasts about 6 hours now. And today, it decided that my 1.5 mile walk in the afternoon accounted for 18,000 steps. Ah, if only, right? 🙂
Is anybody else having this much fun with their Surge? Are there any tips on how not to have so much fun with my Surge?
I've given thought to moving to another model, maybe one of the new ones, but I don't if I can deal with so much fun every day, you know? 🙂
Thanks.
Ron

I put my surge to charge each 3 days after work, but it never makes a sound when it charges.
My surge lasts few days.
Maybe you have a problem?Try shutting it down.

Try letting your surge go totally flat, leave it for 24 hours after it is flat to make sure. Put it on to charge, do a reset and unpair from your phone. Once you have recharged and reset then pair with your phone again. I don't know if it will work but some people have had success doing this. Good luck !
