Hi @SP07  there are no repairs for these devices. What's going on? I have a Surge owner in the family and they loved their Surge until they got the Sense. Thing is, when a style is retired, like the Surge, Fitbit only does updates on it for about two years. The Surge was retired June 2020, so it's already past the time frame to receive updates.
