Hi, @PaulNYC , are you talking about the web based dashboard or one of the app ones?

Not sure about PaulNYC but I am using the web based one and it seems to be broken. Most tiles will not load and just have a spinning circle that never loads.

I've noticed certain browsers work better than others. If your tiles are not loading, try a different browser. Worked for me! I am on Firefox.

Firefox here also, but I've also tried Chrome, Edge, and Opera. All show the same. A few tiles load but all the rest just show a spinning circle, or are blank. This only started within the last week. Before that, the web based Fitbit Connect worked fine in FF and Chrome on Windows 10 for the previous year (pre-release and final release)
My guess is they have changed something to make it more "app" friendly that has broken the browser rendering. Just a guess as I am certainly no geek. I just want my FitBit page to load in FF or another browser.

no problem with Opera Chromium, FF and Microsoft Edge.
as you have the problem with all your browsers, i think something on your PC or network configuration is wrong, and locks the rendering.
can you try on another PC ?
the Dashboard has not been updated since nearly one year.

As an update from my comments. The web based dashboard started displaying just fine again on my system. I made no changes or updates of anything but MS automatically put in an update to
Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Update 4 Redistributable Package (KB3119142)
so maybe that was the problem before. At any rate the dashboard is fine now.
