OK - I am very frustrated and ready to just refund in my surge for good.... I got it yesterday... brand new... could not get it charging - which means could not update.... grrrrr.... so I got it replaced by another brand new one.. and guess what!!!! this one is not charging either....
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do.. I have restarted the fitbit, I have plugged it into two different lap-tops, plugged into the wall socket with USB charger (I did all these things yesterday with the other one as well) .. I have uninstalled and re-installed the software.... my fitbit love affair is nearly over before it has begun....
