No Calories Burned!

I have set up an 'Activity' to capture my heat rate during one hour of exercise per day.

On the dashboard, for 'Today', it shows that I have burned calories.  I can even see where the biggest calorie burn is. However on the 'Activity', which gives me a more detailed view of the hour long exercise, it doesn't record any calorific burn.

This has to be wrong.  Does anyone know how to solve this?

Hello @RachelJS, welcome aboard to our community. I was looking at your screenshot and it seem is a manual activity. For manual activities note that your calorie graph will remain flat but will give your the average of calories correctly.

This might be related to your exercise type. My recommendation is to use the activity "Workout" on your tracker and when you synced, you will have the option to categorized this activity top a different. For more information I have shared a post explaining how to do this here.

This information might come handy for your inquiry, let me know how it goes.
