No Longer Can Sync

My Fitbit has stopped syncing with my iphone.  Have rebooted both devices.  Tried to remove and add the device again (which I can't do because it's no longer being picked up).

Really have had enough.  Has worked well for a couple of months.  Bought the scale etc.  But now....It's all quite useless.

Any idea's before I go out an buy a TomTom?

I'm having the same issue - I've tried all the troubleshooting steps for both the Surge and the iPhone, but cannot get it to sync.

I called Fitbit support, and they were excellent.

The fitbit was replaced in days.  Really great service.

Thank you

My Surge has also stopped syncing, seems 1-2 days after lates iOS update.  This is now the 4th Fitbit Surge I have had this problem with, exactly the same scenario each time in past year.  Works fine (Syncs either with iPad or Win10 PC via the dongle) and then suddenly ceases to sync.  Win10 'Can't find the Fitbit" and the iPad just sits there looking.  Forcing a reboot of the Fitbit doesn't solve the problem and just loses a few minutes on the watch that can't sync to correct it.

I have had 3 replaced by the stors I bought them from and one shipped free from Fitbit.

I sure would like to know what I am doing wrong, to go through one every 3-4 months!  They have NEVER got wet or knocked.

I can see an Apple Watch coming soon!
