Hi @Notcrazychef, good to see you around!

Let me help you out with the issue you're having with the battery and the heart rate monitor on your Surge. Thanks for trying the recommended suggestions for these issues.

I'd just like to confirm if your followed all steps on the following articles:  Can I improve my Fitbit device's battery life? and Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?

Also, I'd like some more information on what you're experiencing.

1. How many days is the battery on your Surge lasting?

2. Is the battery charging at all?

3. Are the lights on the heart rate working?

4. Do you see numbers or hyphens on the screen where heart rate is supposed to show?

Look forward to your reply!

How you doing my friend @juliemtbnski? Welcome!  @Notcrazychef, thanks for getting back! HeartSmiley Very Happy

Thanks for checking all those details, I know that it's really important for you to be able to use all features of your Surge. Would you mind following these steps as a last resource, since this will help any internal issues your tracker might be having:

  1. Reconnect your Fitbit in your phone
  2. Turn off/on the HR option from the Surge

If this doesn't help, I think that we might have to check your options with our support team instead. Thanks for your checking!

@juliemtbnski Thanks for posting your inquiry here. Please confirm that you've tried the suggested steps and try to reply with as much information as you can.

I'll be waiting for your reply. Cat Embarassed
