Hi. 

My clock face has no display. I am unable to turn it off as I am unable to see it and it won't sync.

However, when I charge it I am able to see the battery percentage but nothing else.

This is the second one I've had problems with and getting frustrated with Fitbit...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
