I bought my husband a Surge back when they were new. He barely used it so it’s practically brand new and I recently thought I’d give it a try. The heart rate is not showing a reading- I have reset it and toggled to Auto in both the app and on the device numerous times. It won’t fix, I think it’s broken as the green LEDs are dead. Maybe it was broken when he used it originally? Of course it’s out of warranty so hoping it can be repaired at my expense. Unless anyone has any new ideas? Or suggest where to get a replacement part. I’m surprised the battery is working pretty good!
