put my surge on charge all night only to find that this morning it said it was very low and needed charging...connected it to usb charger and it read full?

When you say not registering ad charged, or you looking at the app or the Surge, and how long ago does the app say it last synced.

By the way 2 hours should be the maximum time to leave it on the charger.
