Help can't get fitbit to work

This is not something that happens a lot, it sound's odd. I'd like to know what model of phone you're using, please check that both phone and Fitbit App are up to date; then try the steps suggested here to reconnect this feature.

 

In case that it doesn't help, please let me know if you're getting symbols or letters instead of normal information.

 

I hope you can get it to work, this is a really good feature. Keep me posted.
