Not syncing

My Fitbit not syncing with my app on my iPhone. Continuously saying looking. I removed it from my device and tried reapplying and still not connecting.

Completely remove it from your phones Bluetooth and the Fitbit app, then re-pair it through a pc and remove the app from your phone and forget it ever existed..... it's permanently broken.
