Notification issue

I have an iPhone 6, and when I first paired it with my new Fitbit 2- it was fine, but after charging the Fitbit, I no longer receive notifications- I did not turn anything off or on - just merely charged it- please help

hey @Bmatase welcome to the community!

the best thing i can think of at this point would be to restart your tracker don't worry you wont lose any steps or progress on anything it will just return everything BUT any lifetime progress. it would depend on which tracker you would like to restart because each one has a different way which Fitbit 2. HERE is are the instructions on how to restart any type of tracker choose which tracker you have click on it and it will show you the instructions. remember i will be here.
