I'm start use surge almost 1week but still Confius with the notification call/message/WhatsApp because for notification not access at my surge.i already check setting at my OPPO F1s phone and surge but not find the problem.now I'm still Confused.please help me what should I do.

Congratulations on your new Surge! Please be aware these mobile devices are not listed as compatible in our list of Supported Devices, which means that even if you download the Fitbit App, not all the features will work flawless.
I suggest setting up and syncing via a device listed as supported or using a computer. Our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates!

But my mobile model doesn't have at Supported Device😭..(oppo F1s model A1601)
I will try use computer and let you know anything.
