i have a fitbit surge and I’m trying to get the notifications through from my phone onto my watch but they aren’t coming through. Everything is paired and synced and I’ve allowed notifications on on both my phone and my watch. Where am I going wrong?

Hello @Jordanbrown and welcome to the Community.  I looked at your profile and can see you are a new user.  But the Surge is an older model Fitbit and is on its Legacy Device list.  Once a device is on the Legacy Device list, it might not work as smoothly as a newer model.  I’m not sure you will be able to get notifications to work.
