Hi, @Stavanger, unfortunately the Surge band is not replaceable.  You will need to get in touch with Customer Support at contact.fitbit.com .  They will check your warranty and let you know what your options are.  If you are in Europe your warranty is 2 years; elsewhere it is one year.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
