One Green Flashing Light out on Surge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

One of the green flashing lights just went out on my surge. It still registers my heart rate. Is this, or will this be an issue in the future?  Is there a way to turn the one light back on?  I did a reboot, and my setting is set to Auto.  Thanks in advance.

Hi @jjpezpal! Welcome to the Fitbit Family!

Let me help you out, I recommend you doing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row if the issue posits try again turning the heart rate off and then back on.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi ..thanks for the assistance.  I tried all that you said, but i still only have the one light on; and the other is off.  It doesnt seem to be affecting the surge's use, but its worrisome that something is wrong.

ANy other suggestions?

Thanks

John

Hey @jjpezpal, Besides @MaginB's advice, you can also try to switch your heart rate settings from "On" or "Auto" to "Off", save and sync your tracker. Then turn the heart rate back to "On" or "Auto", save and sync your Surge. This will let you know if you heart rate sensors are working fine. If after doing this the issue persists, contact our Support folks.

Keep me posted.
