My surge only have one green light on and the battery goes low faster than before.
Please help.

I've noticed you are new around @Eliva, so let me give you a warm welcome to our Community!
After trying @WendyB's recommendations, please access to the Settings on the Surge turn off the Heart Rate and sync your Surge; after a moment turn it back on and sync it again. Hopefully this will solve the issue about the lights, that might be related to the battery too.
