I've had nothing but problems with my surge since I've bought it. recently it wont sync to the app unless i restart the tracker, however when i restart it, it deletes all the tracked data. so I unpaired it from my account and am trying to reconnect it, but cannot because its already been used, how do i get around this?

Nevermind, it magically works now. I absolutely despise this thing, it is definitely not worth the $235 i spent on it. i feel ripped off everyday looking at it.
