Hi all, i just recieved a fitbit surge for my birthday, it is used but in very good condition. But im having trouble syncing it, ive done the initial bit to pair it to my phone and it picks up on my steps and heart rate on the app on my phone but it wont show the clock or any info on the actual watch, just run, timer, alarms and settings. Even setting an alarm on the app doesnt sync, im using a samsung s5 if that helps. Can anyone help at all?

Thanks in advance

Hi, ive managed to resovle the issue but the reset didn't work. My girlfriend has a fitbit too so we paired it to her phone which worked straight away and then paired it back to my phone and its worked fine since. Maybe this could help other people? Thanks for the help tho wendy and yojana

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

If that doesn't help Contact Support. But with it being used its probably not in warranty. But they mioght have some other ideas to help you
