I've tried resetting my phone, the watch, reinstalling the app, reconnecting the bluetooth - no luck. any advice? Have been missing calls and messages - advice appreciated! Thank you 🙂

Just double check your Bluetooth is on on your Fitbit. I had that trouble as I connected my phone Bluetooth to a speaker which kicked me out of Fitbit. Hope that helps. if not maybe try resetting both again. Good Luck
