Was given fitbit surge but without a chargeing cable. The battery is almost dead... I am capable of making my own just need to know the pinout so I can do so.... If someone could be of help that would be awesome

How you doing my friend @erndog? Welcome, welcome! As @WendyB mentioned, it's best if you get the charger from the Fitbit Store to make sure it connects properly. Although it's pretty impressive you can make one of your own, I'd consider this piece of advice!

Was only goin to make one temporary won't to make sure the battery last a week before I buy one and waste 30$

Although I think that is a very clever solution, for better practices I'd consider buying the original charger instead to avoid future battery issues. Your Fitbit Surge comes equipped with a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery. Charging completely takes one to two hours. We recommend plugging your charging cable into a USB port on your computer or other low-energy device. If necessary, you can use a UL-certified USB wall charger. Don't use a USB hub or battery pack to charge, and only use the charging cable that came with your tracker.
