Can I power wash wearing my surge? My arms get wet (equivalent to standing in the pouring rain for about an hour).

Gets wet it will more an likely die. But its up to you if you want to ruin the warranty

Fitbit Surge is water resistance but it means that it can take splash and sweat, in this case I'd consider taking it off to avoid future issues. Although if by any chance you forget to take it off and it gets wet, take in count the Wear and Care tips to clean and dry your band.
