Hi this is my first time posting, not sure if this is the correct place. I’ve had a Fitbit surge since January 2016, after a time it was replaced by Fitbit as the strap broke. The strap on the new one is now facing the same issue, I’m unsure if I can get it replaced or repaired? Who and where do I contact please many thanks robbie

The Warranty is for the original fitbit. If it gets replaced it does not start over
Warranty is here:
https://www.fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty
They devices can not be repaired. But you can contact support to see what your options are:

I have the same problem with strap breaking at screws. Had 2 other fitbit's that did the same thing.
3 Fitbit's 3 broken straps. They replaced the first 2 even out of warranty, now all they offer is 25% discount.
Sorry, not good enough. The problem is yours, not me. Since you can't buy a band replacement, you have to buy a new watch. Oh by the way, " the bands are better now"
Fitbit should stand behind products and support an obvious defect. Another post here had over 400 complaints about the band.
Very disappointed ....

For 10 US dollars plus shipping a repair kit can be purchased from amazon.
