Probleme with surge watch

It's been a year and some months that I bought a Fitbit Surge watch. All the accessories of this watch suited me. Since six months ago the problems have started , the strap has cracks, the pure pulse heart rate not working properly in automatic mode, The leds in the back of the watch remain lit, which cause the battery to last only a few hours. they can only offer me 25% off on buying a new watch, because we can not do anything more I'm told. While in others case they replaced with fewer problems than me and no warranty.😡😡😡

A warm welcome to the Community @YoemiOur limited warranty provides replacements for trackers deemed to have a manufacturer's defect within 365 days of purchase. Because your tracker didn't meet these warranty conditions, the advocated offered a courtesy discount of 25% good towards the purchase of any tracker. 

Fitbit strives for excellent customer service and in the past often replaced trackers that were not covered under warranty. Though customer satisfaction remains our number one goal, the demands of running a global business require that we now enforce our warranty consistently.

I am sorry but if the surge watch that i realy love was not improve i can not spend $400.00 or more per year for that same watch knowing that it will last only 366 days or a little more.
