Re: Battery: Won't hold a charge?

Just bought a fitbit surge on eBay and battery shows full after 5 minutes of charging, then when disconnected battery only holds charge for about 15 minutes. Do you think I can get support by fitbit?

Hey there, @Aaronio! Welcome to the Family! A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! That's very unusual. I think that you might have to restart your Surge a couple of times and try reconnect it with your  Account by following this steps, in case that you prefer to use a computer you can see this instructions. My guess is that something might went wrong while setting up.
