Hi @Redman123 I've moved your question about syncing your Surge with an iOS device out of a thread on logging into fitbit through an Android device.
Is your Surge connected to your Fitbit account?
Do you get any error messages?
Do you only sync through one device?
Tried force stopping and clear the Fitbit app cache?
