How can I reset my Bluetooth? I asked my IPhone to forget my device because it wasn't syncing. Now I can't get it to find the device again??

Think you will have to pair again. I did this with a replacement Surge. Remove the Surge from your fitbit account and then from the Fitbit app on your phone or windows desktop app add a new Surge device. You will go through the setup process and it should pair again. I am fairly sure it will keep the data from your device (steps etc) it did for me. But no guarantee...
