Reaction to SURGE band

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have only had my Surge for most of this month and several times I have had to remove it due to a reaction on both sides of my wrist. It is red, itchy and drives me crazy!!! I was reading up on how to clean my band and it mentioned rubbing alcohol. I am guessing I can is Isocol?! Just looking for users who have successful used rubbing alcohol and their rash has not returned. Does this method really work?

Yes Isocol is used for cleaning the surge, you could also try using a barrier cream (nappy rash) on your arm where the surge sits after cleaning. I originally had a surge and after a few weeks I started getting a red sore area, someone else on the forum suggested this which I tried and it did work. Unfortunately I had issues with the surge and purchased a competitors fitness tracker and haven't looked back.
