I accidently removed my surge from my iphone 6 s and I've tried to add it  back on, but my iphone won'y=t pair with it.  I tried to shut down the surge and re start it, but my phone still won't pair with it. Does any one have any recommendations?

Thanks

@gaz2387 Welcome to our Community! If you have already removed @SunsetRunner's instructions to remove your tracker from your iPhone then you should be able to sync with it again. Try restarting your phone and your tracker. To restart a Surge please do the following:

1.- Press and hold the Home and Select buttons (left and bottom right) on your Fitbit Surge for 10 to 15 seconds, until you see the screen flash or start to dim.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- After your screen turns completely off, wait 10 seconds and press the Home button to turn your Surge back on.

Also make sure you are logging on the same account on your phone than on your computer.

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @Fitmomsocal! If you previously had your Fitbit Surge with notifications enabled, I'd try to unpair it from your iPhone's Bluetooth by doing the following:

  1. On your mobile device, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
  2. Tap your tracker and then tap Forget Device.
  3. Log out of the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Restart your tracker. For more information, see How do I restart my tracker?

Once you have done that, try the setup process one more time or check out this article I'm having trouble setting up my tracker.

Let me know how it goes.

I have this same issue - once the surge was removed - the only way it will connect is via the "charge cable" on my PC - my phone can no longer see it!
