Got a replacement sent to me, and want to sync to existing account? The surge itself is asking me to create an account, and get the app. Cannot do this because my email is already on an account?

Hi @bmlarge. Set it up as a replacement tracker using your existing email address.

I want to replacement of surge its battery drained in just 4 hours without using gps, notification, all day sync , and fitbit team not reply of my mail for replacement my surge is in under warranty
