Hi @JOHN15 the Fitbit Surge or the Garmin Vivofit? The Surge was an all in one product and the strap was part of the whole device. There are some on the forums who did their own surgery and replaced the band.

Fitbit made the Surge, it was called the Fitbit Surge. Garman made the Vivofit. So, you either have a Fitbit or a Garmin. If the band is removable, it's not a Fitbit because the Surge did not have a band that could be replaced.

There is no replacement band from Fitbit, as the device is made in one piece. If you need another band, you will need to search online to find a seller who can also give you directions on how to replace it. It will not be the genuine Fitbit band. There are videos on You Tube which will take you step by step on replacing it.

Amazon Etroper brand replacement strap is the best. Be sure to use rubber cement when you attach the band, it makes it easier to slide on and seals it, too.
