I bought a Surge back in November and the band started to bubble and come apart by the screen. I spoke to fitbit who sent me a replacement this week. However, I opened the package to realize the band material is completely different and the size of the strap is significantly smaller than the original one I purchased.
I bought a small surge and replaced it with the exact same surge. The new band is fairly tight and I'm now using the last opening to close it where as with my original I have five open holes when I close it. So I'd like to know what's going on.
