Hi there!  
My Surge has recently taken its turn for the worst, loses battery within a day and the strap is broken.  I have sent it in and am told I am getting a replacement Surge.   Is there a way that I can possibly get the Blaze instead?  If there is any cost difference I am more then happy to pay it!

Im sorry but there is not upgrades or downgrades for that matter.
