Replies to texts from surge/blaze

Hi there,  just wondering if there was any chance Fitbit is going to add the ability to reply to texts from the fitbit.  It is currently the only thing that other "watch" devices do that fitbit surge doesn't that I really wish it did.  I'm seriously considering leaving fitbit because of this "lack of functionality" and issues with the band cracking every few months.  If this functionality was coming soon it will help me make this choice.

I've not heard any rumours about the Surge even getting email notification let alone being able to compose email replies. I would be very surprised if this were to be introduced on the current fitbit models (although it would be great!)

My suggestion would be that if it's important to you then you should look elsewhere rather than wait.

The answer remains the same. Notifications are all that have ever been promised and that's what we've got.

Fitbit have sated a few times that they're no in the Samrtwatch market (I.e. Competing with Apple etc.) so I don't believe they're driven to compete on that sort of functionality race.
