I can't get my FitBit Surge to reset.  It keeps adding to steps/calories/miles etc.  The shutdown and restart feature is not working.

Can you explain what you want the "reset" to do, and why you want that?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
