Hi,
Since a few weeks, half of my running exercises are not synced up when I connect my device to the app.
this is very strange. the steps and "active time" are captured but not my running. It seems completely random

Hello @jultr! This is really interesting. The first that I'd like to recommend is that you restart your Surge, this will help you to release any information stuck on your tracker. Your active minutes are recorded when your activities lasts for more than 10 continues minutes. Let's suppose you stop on minute 8, they won't be taken into consideration.
