SURGE Problems

My Surge is just 12 mths old and I have had condensation issues, The rubber band pulling away from screws at the back and also the rubber band lifting at the front bottom of the screen.

The Surge was given to me by my daughter at great expense for Christmas 2016 so I don't have the purchase docket.

Reading other posts these problems seem similar to what others have experienced. Seems ironic that FITBIT have taken them off the market. So I doubt I would stand a chance of a replacement from Fitbit.

Doubt I would buy another and I dare not tell my daughter its not worth the money she spent on it.
