After their forced update on Aug. 8th., my Surge won't sync up. Been on the phone with them and Fitbit for hours. Thing is, it syncs up fine with my iPod Touch. Of course Samsung states they don't support 3rd party software and dumps it on Fitbit. Fitbit, to their credit is sending me a new Surge. But as stated above, works fine with my iPod. Fitbit needs to get on the ball and push down an update STAT! And yes, I tried everything. Syncing thru the app, deleting BT devices, powering down, and on and on.
