 the face shattered.  I have no idea how.  I was volunteering loading cars with food, looked down and my screen was shattered.  I have no idea what I hit, it wasn’t hard enough to make me notice.  Can this be fixed?

How can a reputable company justify not having a repair facility for an expensive item? Imagine if mobile phone companies offered the same dis-service. It takes a lot more effort to find a new customer than to retain an existing one. Boy, the Fitbit organisation really don't understand relationship management. I'll be changing companies shortly
